The lobby and the rooms are apparently deteriorating. The grouts in the bathtub area are old and disgusting! Ceiling has mold ! Wall paper is coming off ! Smelly carpets everywhere! Broken glass and mirrors in many places…. Etc I am going to demand a refund and perhaps dispute this charge!

The hotel in itself was beautiful, a lot of homeless people outside of it begging one even stole stuff from the 7-eleven across street when we were there.

The room needed maintenance in the restroom. I did not update the staff on this becuz we only were in the room to sleep and with the damage it had in the restroom, it was obvious staff was aware of this issue.

OK overall. Staff was friendly and professional. Room was clean, but was in a wifi dead zone so we were not able to use internet in our room. There was no option to do self-coin laundry. Gym facility was good.

Overall the stay was alright for the price. A bunch of food places all around. Might reconsider taking showers here. The water was red every time it was turned on, had to wait a little until it went away. I felt disgusting whenever I went in but I had to take a shower somehow lol. Also the AC wasn’t blowing cool air so it was hot at night my entire stay even with the windows cracked open.

Reserved a nigjtfor my parents who are in the mid 70's, they absolutely loved it. Itcwas just one night. They were able to walk to dinner and dona little shopping. Definitely recommend!
