At check-in we learned that the airport shuttle is not free before 8 am. They charge $15 per adult to be picked up before or after their "regular hours." The hotel is only five minutes from the airport and an XL Lyft was only $14 for both of us for anyone who may need early shuttle service. The first room we were assigned had not been cleaned, or at least not well. The beds were poorly made and we found toothpaste on the bathroom counter and an open bar of soap in the shower. The second room was better but the shower floor was filthy. We went downstairs to the on-property restaurant at 9:20 pm and the bartender told us they were closing even though the hours stated they closed at 10 pm. When we asked if they closed at 10 she allowed us to order. On the upside, the front desk staff was really nice at check-in and check-out. Overall, the property is run down and dirty. I would not recommend anyone staying here. Proceed with caution.

I stayed at this hotel for one night on my way to Australia and again for one night on my way back. The staff were very friendly and courteous when checking in and out. One staff member stuck out the most to me. Her name is Jay. She was absolutely wonderful! She helped me out with a minor issue regarding my baggage and my room when checking out the first time. Even though it was a minor issue, she went out of her way to take care of it. If I’m ever back in the LA area again, I’ll be staying here again.
