The staff were really kind. The area is really beautiful. My 1st room had a horrible smell. It was like the carpet got wet and they didnt do a good job of cleaning it. I asked to be moved after I checked in but they did not have anymore rooms available so I had to sleep in that room for 3 days before they moved me to a room with the same issue. In the 2nd room, there was blood on the towels and the sheets. I had to use my gym membership to shower because I couldn't trust it. I typically stay with double trees or Hilton properties but this was a horrible way to spend my vacation.

Great location close to LAX and walkable restaurants nearby. Check in was slow and staff was not friendly. Talk to the front desk later that evening (way more friendlier) and found out that I wasn’t even checked in properly, needing to provide my credit card and ID all over again.

Need to update Bathroom. As a Senior I hurt my knee getting off the extremely low Toliet. Staff weren’t very friendly or helpful. Talking too much with each other. I asked for help with the air conditioner no one came up to help. Outside Security sitting down on his phone smoking. My view was of Mattel Toy Manufacturer.

Check in was late. I asked multiple times after 4pm if my room was ready and they kept saying a few more minutes. Well at 4:40 pm I asked for a 4th time and I was told our room was still not ready. The manager told me they are not required to have rooms ready at check in time that 4pm is only the time we can check in without being charged an early check in fee but the rooms can be available at any time after 4pm. She finally said that a similar room was available just at a different floor and they will give us that room. We never asked for a specific floor so if that room was available the whole time why not give us that one since the beginning. A lot of other guests were having the same issue. I would not recommend at all since you might not get a room until hours after check in time. We talked to other guests that didn't get their room until after 5:30 pm.

Amazing arrive view! Wow! Very quiet clean and friendly staff. The room we stayed in for some reason the shower door seal on the bottom was wear out and the water was leaking on to the tile floor. We had asked for the floor towel to be replaced and they did it right away. Coffee is free buffet MUST be selected at the time of booking. Otherwise the little you eat is about $20 each morning. We just got coffee. I'm not sure the price difference for breakfast at the time of booking. This location is next to Mattel and they share the parking garage. If you find a place outside next to the hotel it convenient. Otherwise you park in the parking garage levels 4 or 6 and it's $27 a night. Make sure to check in and drop off your luggage and get your car ticket to hang on the vehicle.

We were not greeted right away upon arrival. I was surprised that at the conclusion of check-in we were not provided directions where to park or how to get to our room. The hallway carpets were almost black from dirt and grime. I understand airport hotels run differently but this hotel leaves a lot to be desired.
