The room was dirty, carpet stained, old mix matched furniture. The room was completely outdated. They gave us a handicap room on the 6th floor and when we asked to switch they said no bc it was Valentines Day and all rooms were booked. We'll never go there again and we're advising our friends against it as well!

Hotel is pretty outdated, and needs to be renovated. Staff-all of them-were very friendly and great. For an embassy suites I was sad they didn’t have a happy hour reception, however we got a voucher for two free drinks at the bar. The bar menu was lacking and the drinks were expensive. However both female bartenders were so friendly and awesome. I was disappointed to miss the great free breakfast, thought it went until 10, but was completely closed down at 9. Parking was $20 per night, per car. Bathtub had some dark spots and needed to be updated.
Bar drinks were okay, but pricey and a little sweet.

Beyond AMAZING from check-in to check out. Wonderful, courteous and friendly staff in every department. Lots of smiling faces. A special shout out to LENNY the bartender at The Refinery. I would most definitely stay here again.

At check in I felt like I was being scolded. The person stated that I reserved an accessible room. She said that she will put me in a regular room because one was available. But, next time I may not be lucky. I looked at my reservation when I got home and no where does it show that I reserved an accessible room. The rest of the stay was good.
