We stayed during opening week, the hotel and staff are amazing! My husband and I unfortunately had some issues with our room. One of the lights kept flickering. When it was time to turn off all the lights. All the lights would turn off. Then 3 seconds the light that was flickering, would cause all the lights to turn back on. We had to unplug the lamp to temporarily solve the issue. Then the next day our shower was leaking and went all the way to the room. Luckily it was on the day we were going home but a lot of our stuff did get wet. When we reported these issues to the staff they were gracious and kind! They really appreciated our feedback and did what they could to service us. My husband and I love the location and the ambiance of this hotel. We will definitely come back again, we understood that it was the opening week and that minor glitches might happen.

The hotel itself it great but the breakfast that we purchase is a little weird and I wouldn’t recommend getting it. The bartender from the rooftop didn't want to serve us. Second to order drinks and got our after many people came.

Superb
This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. It is a superb blend of old and new that just plain works. The compliment of the Sky Room and the rooftop Halo lounge are the cherry on top.
