We only needed a place to get a good night sleep for two nights but couldn’t since the mattress was terrible. Tossed and turned / sore in the mornings. Valet and maintenance staff: 5 stars Check in / front desk: could be more courteous. Some simply not hospitable. Being new here, we didn’t know where to go to purchase from the hotel shop. Front desk was put out letting us know and assumed we were frequent visitors or should’ve known…? Check out: i needed the breakdown explained to me. The front desk again was annoyed with giving me an extra minute.

There were ants in our bathroom crawling under the carpet. When moved, the keys were not working. Every replace ment did not work and we had to go the the front desk to have someone open our door EVERY time we left. Food and food service were very good. Would not recommend this hotel due to the inconvenience and inabiity to correct the problem.

We booked at this property because our home air conditioning went out and we wanted a cool place to sleep. Little did we know that Hilton uses "smart" thermostats that sense when people are in the room through motion detectors and run the AC accordingly. When you sleep you don't move around in the room, so the AC thinks there is no one there and, therefore, doesn't run very much during the night to keep it cool in the room. Very disappointing since we wanted a cool place to sleep. Otherwise things were great - comfortable bed, spacious room, but a big thumbs down for temperature comfort.
