Everything in the room was great! Comfy clean beds, and location was perfect. Parking was expensive, Jeff at the front desk had a bad attitude, was very rude and impatient, Everyone else was welcoming.

Jeffrey at check in was horrible. He gave me attitude shook his head way too many time at me. Threatened to cancel my booking because he was being impatient as I was trying to get my reservation information and didn’t have signal on my phone. He also said that I should Thank him for not canceling my reservation and if anything I owe him because he has that control. He was terrible!!! Never going back he was the rudest most horrible experience in that hotel.

Great place, and service

Room was clean and inviting. No soap in the bathroom. Advised the front desk and it was delivered within 15 minutes. Staff were very nice. Did not go to the bar and had to leave early AM, so I was unable to partake in the breakfast.
