I stayed in room 146 and the floor was super wet by the air conditioning units it leaking all night. When I got out the bed this morning my feet was WET. The floor was wet from the unit all the way to the bed 🛌.

My daughter and husband stayed at this location after a late night arrival for a short period of sleep. We booked here because they had shuttle service which started at 4am. They had a 6 am flight. Upon checking in they were told the shuttle service on Sundays didn’t start until 5am so it cost another $30 for Uber. Your website only states 4:00am shuttle. Had other hotels offering 24 hr shuttles

The staff was super friendly, and the my room was clean enough. However, my room was very uncomfortable due to a broken air conditioner. The daytime high was 109*, and the temp in my room was 81* when I got in for the evening around 11:00 pm. The ac had turned off, I guess. I turned it back on. It would “cool down” to 79*, and then turn off again. I woke up 4 times in the night to try to cool the room off. Besides it being hot, the rooms and tv’s are outdated. But, again, the people working there were friendly enough.
