The front desk lady was very helpful and waived the parking fee due to not being disclosed in the advertisement. She was also accommodating to giving us towels and coffee maker. The rooms are clean and nothing fancy. One of our room have a small kitchen. No utensils but we have our own. Overall, clean place to relax and sleep.

The hotel service was excellent. This place was clean. Only thing is one night came back late there's someone cursing at the hotel parking lot. Scared me to get off the car with little kids. Then, there’s another homeless guy went upstairs after me. In the short hallway seeing him behind I was as terrified.

Motel NOT a Hotel. Recently renovated, so not too bad; but still in the shell of a run down motel. I would stay here again solo traveling, but would never bring my girlfriend here. Clean room and refinished but the whole building reeked of 30 years of cigarettes. Front desk, Latruan, was very helpful and kind.

Parking was not included as stated on expedia. Door lock didn’t feel secure we could hear everything going on outside. Rooms were clean but it was unsafe outside. Parking wasn’t secure. It was underground protected by a gate, but walking down the stairs from the lobby there was a door that anyone could just pull open to get in.
