Here you can dine al fresco, or relax and recharge in comfortable lounge chairs between your various adventures. A barbecue grill makes meal-making easy when it needs to be. A walk down the private stairs to the beach is a must. Inside, find a large great room featuring a living room area with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and a comfortable seating cluster from which to enjoy it. Sliders to the outside showcasing the ocean allow for an easy inside/outside living experience. There is also an inside dining table, which is right next to the beautiful modern kitchen, which features a kitchen bar with four high-top stools. It is easy to satisfy your culinary desires here as it has all the appliances and amenities you need to create meals and snacks for everyone.

The home has three bedrooms - a primary, with an en suite bathroom, and two guest bedrooms that share a large bathroom. All the rooms are spacious and all the bedrooms and bathrooms are furnished with a generous supply of premiere linens to ensure you are comfortable at all times.

Reservations for this home will not be refunded if canceled within 60 days of arrival.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
