I complained to VRBO about this property. It is an apartment unit whose management explicitly prohibits VRBO, with signs throughout the property stating it as such. During my stay, I received notices from management stating tenant has not been paying rent for at least three months. I contacted the tenant about it and she was hostile, insisting that she pays her rent and that it was just a “glitch” in the management’s system. We agreed for her to clear up the matter and that she would email me a confirmation letter from management stating that issue has been resolved. The following week, another notice was posted at the door stating she has been delinquent with her rent for a longer period of time. I contacted VRBO and after several phone conversations and emails with customer service, VRBO decided to house me in a hotel while I look for another property, refund my 3-month payment, and take down the property from their listings. I have documents and pictures to prove my review and statements. If the property is still up on VRBO, beware.
