The employees seemed to be trying their best but ive never seen anything like this at check in. There was a loud beep that just didnt stop going off, it took me forever to get st the front of the line. The employees seemed overwhelmed and understaffed. The stay and room was fine.

I didn’t even get to the motel as the airport shuttle that was meant to run hourly from 5am to 9pm , clearly stated on there website, was not available until 6pm. I called and they would not help me. Extremely frustrating and disappointing! I will not book there again.

Everything about our stay was fantastic except one thing... When we got into the room, the A/C was on and gave off a terrible smell, but once it was turned off and we opened the window to air it our; everything was perfect staff was great and everything was clean.

The hotel staff were not helpful. The emails we received before our trip said a shuttle would come to LAX by 10 pm (last shuttle) for pickup. It never arrived, and after calling BEFORE 10 and being assured it would be there by 10:15 at the latest - when we called at 10:30, we were told it was already back at the hotel, and they made NO effort to address the issue. We moved to a more expensive flight in order to take advantage of the shuttle service, and ended up having to get a taxi anyway. There was vomit on a wall near the elevator Sunday morning. There was no fresh coffee in the morning. I hope Expedia takes this review into account and doesn't offer this hotel to other customers.

Overall the stay wasn't bad. The room was clean. But didn't have an iron. The fridge worked good They cleaned are room while we were gone and took our used towels which is fine but left is 2 hand towels as a replacement. There was 4 of us. How are we supposed to shower with 2 hand towels. Pretty frustrating. I hope this helps
