My car rental took three hours to process my request as they are poorly staffed to handle a hundred people needing car rentals. This is totally out of my control. I got to the hotel to stay with a previously booked reservation and the front desk told me they cannot check me in anymore despite me explaining above. They are also telling me they won’t refund the money despite them not allowing me to use the room I previously booked. I have filed a complaint with the State for this
