Terrible experience here. I'm familiar with budget hotels and know how to manage my expectations, this however was a disaster. The room smelled of smoke and there were dozens of dead and living ants infesting the bathtub. I asked for the room to be cleaned and they never arrived. Everything was dirty from the rooms to the stairs, to the lobby and "breakfast" area. 0/10 experience.

Way too noisy for good sleep
First the good stuff- friendly staff, clean room. Good shuttle to BUR. But the hotel failed at the fundamental thing - NO noise insulation - lots of loud road noise and incredibly loud noise from room to room - sounded like our neighbors were having a party in our room until 3 AM

They cancel Out reservations and. The personal very rude. The person who attended us. Was Avila. And she was so rude. She include said you can talk whatever you want. Is nothing we can’t do and hang out. Very very rude and. They don’t do anything to solve the problem because they overbook.

It was okay. Very noisy you hear everyone around you and the road. The elevator was broken and as a person with mobility difficulties I wish I would have know before hand. Our door was not sealed well you could see through to the other side. The pillows are awful more like Decorative couch pillows. Staff was there not overly excited about being there. The hot tub was broken too. For $233 for a single night it was lame.

Elevator out of service for upcoming upgrade…suitcases became very heavy by the time I got to the 3rd floor. Hot tub also out of order. Grab and go breakfast what I expected. Room clean and roomy. Staff nice. Room freezing but that was because my husband turned it down to 60 degrees…so I guess that means that the AC worked well! LOL!

The room is clean but smells cigarette. I told to the front desk she said she will take care of it but not sure if she did anything. The smells comes from the exhaust in the bathroom. Bathroom smells very bad.

Advertised as having free airport shuttle. No such thing. We had to call the hotel, who said they would book us a Lyft cab, which they would pay for. We were told to wait for instructions for the pick-up on my phone. No instructions arrived so tried to call hotel again. No reply, so we walked (a long way) to a taxi rank and paid $12 for a cab. Arrived at hotel and were told they would not reimburse us because we had paid for the cab, not them! Then we were told that the elevator was not working, so I asked how many floors we would have to carry our heavy bags up and were told "only to the 2nd floor" We were then given a room on the 3rd floor. Not at all happy.
