Unfortunately the elevator was out of service our entire stay. The staff was friendly and responsive to our requests. However, with out the elevator we had to bring our luggage up and down stairs.

I got notified 2 days before arrival that the lift is out of action so i couldn't book elsewhere with the notification time frame. The lift was out of action from 21 September so why take 12 days to notify me? Carrying bags up 3 flights is no fun!

It was disappointing to use the workout room and find the treadmill not working. The safe inside the room was not working either. The bathroom lights were flickering. Luckily I was able to find the mechanic to fix it. Also, the elevator was not working so we had to go up and down the stairs (with luggages). There was a $10 parking fee every night which was not mentioned in the website. It got noisy at night since our room was right next to the street. The surrounding area was nice and close to the beach but I would rather stay somewhere else for next time.

the staff is great, the location is great, but the elevator was not working (to be fair they did warn me but there was no direct number to cancel my reservation) the hallways are definitely in need of repair. The carpet is getting threadbare and the wallpaper is starting to peel off the walls. Tried to use the mini gym but the treadmill was broken. Went to the breakfast at 8:30 and they were out eggs. It's sad because I use this hotel when traveling every couple of months, but the value is not there anymore. Also frustrated that even though I have a handicap placard ( back issues) they still charge $10.00 to park. Sorry to leave a bad review.

Few minute drive to beach but not a great location. Aviation blvd is loud. Very basic not updated room. Terrible wifi, toilet that didn't flush well.
