I didn’t get a good room. It was built for old people (a lot of bars in the shower, foldable seat, flash thing for the phone). I was kept up most of the night due to noise outside my room (maybe the ice machine?). I won’t stay there again.

Love this hotel so much. So convenient walking wise and Uber to all the fun bars and beach. Only thing I would recommend is that they upgrade their rental bikes because they’re rusty and they fall apart

Anniversary trip to SoCal
Hotel is conveniently located. A bit dated in areas. There was an odor in the lobby the first night, and it appeared they cleaned and dried the carpets our 2nd day there and that seemed to help. Room staff was prompt and thorough. Bed very comfy. Room has everything you need.

I checked out of room 111 on October 11. Within 24 hours, I had realized that I left clothing in the top drawer, and my laptop cord. I called right away. This has been a huge ordeal to try and get some answers as they keep telling me housekeeping has not reported anything left behind. I know for a fact exactly what I had forgotten (and yes, I realize this is my fault). One pair of black leggings, one pair of jeans, and my cord. I simply want to arrange for shipping to have my items returned. I'm hoping these items "show up" and can be returned.

The tv didn’t work at all, they send a lady to check it, but she didn’t have an idea what was going on. No TV. While I was taking a shower, the bathtub didn’t drain the water and was like full The restaurant was very poor only a few sandwiches for dinner no one plate of warm food, same for breakfast only sandwiches The dispenser of water on the hallway it was out of service
