Everything was great except for 2 things. Shower had no proper hot water. I mentioned it multiple times but it was still not resolved. I gave up at the end. Disappointing as it’s a basic necessity and the hotel wasn’t cheap! The hotel parking is also very expensive.

Good property. I had the so-called one bedroom suite, which was really just one big room & no separation of the befroom from living room. So, not necessarily one bedroom.

Security breach

It was one of the scariest night in my life. I went to bed around 9 pm, and had the do not disturb sign. Somebody had access to my room and opened the door, but was struggling to completely open it because of the door latch, and I also screamed loud and the suspect decided to depart. When I called front Desk for help, the person told me it was one of their security guards looking for lost and found. Very suspicious!!! I should call the manager to complain. They could have called or knocked the door before trying to force the door open. They violated all security protocols. I am very uncomfortable in staying at this hotel. I will never come back again. Please be careful when staying at this hotel and lock your doors. It is not a safe place.

Maybe I was expecting too much, I paid extra on the app because I wanted a decent room, it’s not bad but not the best and no view. The front of the hotel it’s cute but the rest looks like a cheap Marriott. Stayed here because the pool seemed cozy, tried going to that area when I checked in and apparently it was close for the day; the $65 parking fee did not help, and not like I’m trying to go park it far and walk back; $80 for Valet but the bathroom looks taken out of a motel 6 with an extractor that never goes off… just glad the bed is comfy.

It’s an airport hotel, so take it as is. The breakfast was very expensive for the quality of food on offer. Service was polite, if a bit stretched. The best part was the NU Car Rental on the property. We were able to return the rental car to the garage of the Renaissance Hotel. This saved us the hassle of having to wait and take a shuttle from the rental return to the hotel. At LAX it is a quite inconvenient and time-consuming. I would say that we saved at least 45 minutes to an hour. The hotel and the car rental should do joint marketing. It’s a winner!

Came out for a football camp the room was nice , front desk employees were nice but the maid were a little rude! Otherwise, the day was nice. Parking was a little overpriced, but other than that, everything was OK
