The staff was amazing. So friendly, so helpful Originally did have a lower level room and found the street noise too much so transferred to a higher level floor and it was great. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need for longer stays (cooktop, oven, fridge, washer & dryer)

I booked a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom accommodation for myself and my best friend. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our suite, the cleanliness and the amenities were very adequate. My only suggestion is I wish there was a microwave oven. Highly recommended.

Spacious loft with everything you could need. The bed was a super king & one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in. The area is close to downtown , was easy enough to catch Ubers to other parts of LA

Very good staff, welcoming and accommodating. The room is really nice👍. The vibe is good overall. Only thing is that the area can be a little concerning with a lot of homeless, and the streets around can be dirty so if you plan to walk around just watch your step. There’s a lot of food places that are conveniently close to the area so it’s nice. I guess if you’re staying in DTLA, just watch out in general. But all in all. Everything was good. And our stay was worth it.

The room itself was great and clean - liked the space and having a kitchen/fridge, etc. The bed was a bit soft, but still comfortable. We live in an urban area and are accustomed to noise, so it didn’t really bother us - except the early morning trash pickup. (Earplugs are provided.) An elevator was out of service during our stay and the other was slow. It’s really the area around the hotel that could be improved - it’s downtown so to be expected. We always felt safe though and hotel security near the door. All in all, a great room, but in a “colorful,” noisy, downtown location. Would stay again for a short stay.

The photos looked good, but the stay wasn't great.
Overall, the price and photos of this hotel look ideal. The stay was challenging. First, unless you download and sign up to their app, it is pretty inconvenient. They have 3 times you need input 6 numbers into keypads before getting to your room -- and the kypads are old and aren't sensitive. Two of the three elevators were down. The room has no carpet, and concrete floors. It was cold and just didn't feel like a place I wanted to spend time. It is very pretty, but once you are inside for awhile, it just doesn't feel good. There weren't great amenities, or a local grocery store, despite having a kitchen. I asked for no one to enter, and then weirdly a towel disappeared from the room, and the lights were on once when I came back. It felt like someone had been in there. The neighborhood didn't feel safe. Also, when you sign up to stay here, there is a long online process of uploading your ID and other information prior to the stay. I recommend a less time intensive choice.

Once we realised we could open doors through the app and not have to put in PIN numbers we were good. Very nice place, very clean and had great facilities. Would definitely recommend.
