Room was very dusty. Even the walls had dust. Most of the staff was nice. We ate at the bar and mentioned to the very nice bartender that we were going for a walk to explore and he offered us bottles waters. Next time i asked and a different bartender said to ask at the front desk.Asked at the front desk and was told they were out and would send some up to my room. Never got them. Next time i asked at the desk and the man said what room are you in and verified before giving me water, like if i wasnt a guest there. Everyone else was nice but not very helpful. I asked if they knew of a shuttle service to the airport and they just said no. Take an Uber. There were lots of airline staff staying at the hotel so i saw several shuttles pick up and drop off. It was very convenient for walking to restaurants and the bus stop is right around the corner if yiu don't want to walk. Bed was comfortable and so were the pillows.. .

Le lobby de l’hôtel est très bien mais le reste de l’hôtel a besoin de rénovations. La vue sur la piscine est en fait une vue sur un extension d’un parking à étages qui contient une piscine…beaucoup de ciment. Le coût du parking a 40$ valet ou 35$ est trop cher pour cet hôtel. Je comprends 60$ à NY au centre-ville mais pas 40$ pour Redondo. Les frais de « resort » qui ne sont pas inclus, n’ont aucun rapport non plus. L’hôtel est déjà assez cher pour le secteur, non merci.

Great Place
Ric and Angel were awesome bartenders! Extremely friendly with my in laws. I even think my father in law was going to adopt them! 😊 The valets were very attentive (sorry I do not recall their names) but were great and always helpful. It was also nice that they had 2 car shows across the street. Felt safe walking around area at night.

Property is nice but has a lot of deferred maintenance. Shower drain was clogged,, HVAC was loud and made noises coming from vents, you can hear pressure assist toilts flushing at night. Doors contantly slam, loud neighbors.
