Great hotel, amazing staff
it was a great day super thankful for the staff there who went above and beyond the room is clean the room rights are fair. It has a great view and a great location. Parking is reasonably priced overall great experience would stay here again.

Great Visit!
Our time at Sonesta Redondo Beach was amazing. The staff was helpful and friendly and were able to accommodate an early check in - a huge plus after a very long day of travel. 10/10 would stay again.

Not the best experience. Upon check in no information was provided regarding facilities and breakfast options or where anything was located. Staff in breakfast room clearly not happy to be there, rolling eyes and huffing and puffing in annoyance and I was not informed of the different breakfast options, only the ridiculous over expensive buffet breakfast. $32 without tax or tip for that breakfast is NOT worth it. Some staff were nice but most clearly felt customers were an inconvenience. The room had a great view which was the reason for choosing this hotel, but the room itself could do with a deep clean. Not a great experience and expensive for the average customer service received, I wouldn’t overly recommend this hotel.

Great customer service at a good property.
The staff here was great and we were quite happy with our stay. Note that the property is a bit older, so be prepared to deal with a few small issues. Our bathroom tub didn't drain quickly and they offered to look into it while we were there. We told them to resolve it after we left.

The hotel is nice and has friendly staff. The only complaint is that they don’t provide coffee in the lobby until 7. As an east coast traveler, this is somewhat late to offer. Each room does have a very old style auto maker, I would recommend upgrading the rooms or offer coffee in the lobby.

Dining rm dinner was strange—no patrons, limited staff & menu. One person was waiter, bartender, cook, and busboy Room size ok . Bathroom had inadequate places to hang towels Bill statement emailed did not Agree with amounts charged on credit card due to $ apparently retained for a few days. Supposedly a credit will be sent to me in a few days. Very strange practice that I have never experienced anywhere in years of travel. The destination fee of $25 per day per room seems inappropriate. We used nothing but normal room. This is a rip off
