Sensitivity Training needed UGH
The checkin was great the shuttle just fine. I encountered Kailey and she needs some sensitivity training. She wasn’t disrespectful but a poor listen and struggled to communicate with her, I shared with her that her tone was less than acceptable. I needed to change rooms and pay an additional incidental do to having a separate reservation the room change could have been fixed.

We only stayed for a quick turnaround late arrival and early departure the next morning, which amounted to just about a six hour stay. The airport shuttle was very convenient and the driver was super helpful and had a cheerful attitude. The hotel room was very clean. My only complaint was that they did not provide any shampoo. Never have I stayed at a place that did not offer shampoo and I needed it and did not have it.

it's cheap and safe but really no other benefits. no breakfast, parking expensive, rooms are lacking but clean at least. showers are bad but bed is ok. it's just a place to sleep nothing more.
