The staff was courteous. We stayed in a family suite. There was plenty of space for the kids to play. The location was convenient for Universal Studios. Less than 10 minutes.

The pictures to this hotel made it look decent. Their lobby smells HORRIBLE!! Like if the staff their smoke inside, I didn't let my kids go near the check in area. This place need some remodeling. The bathroom door wouldn't open, so once I got it to open I told my kids to leave it open if they needed to use it. If you have small kids I don't recommend you to book this hotel.

Hotel room has no amenities very plain but clean . They charge $13 a night to park and also charged $150 on card for incidentals for 2 nights which is more than a full service hotel holds .
