First room wasn’t even cleaned from the previous guest. Second room was filthy, tub was yellow brown and the whole room stunk bad!! Third room was “clean” but the tub was still yellow and brown. Curtains had holes in them, the bedding had lint from previous guests (we took our own bedding and pillows. Room stunk, I’ve apologized to my kids many times for this stay. They convinced me on staying and not getting a different hotel saying it was ok while I was in tears. During our stay we didn’t get to shower because of the tub conditions. Second night there was loud men talking waking us up when I look outside they looked like homeless people, when I called the front desk about this the Indian man at the front desk Was upset screaming at me bothered by my call. Moments later car alarms in the property started going off. I rushed outside scared to check on our vehicle. Now that we are home our pillows bedding blanks cloths bags everything has that stunk the hotel had! I’m washing everything even threw away some items because of the smell. I booked this hotel because of the reviews, location and photos online! It’s all false advertisement DO NOT stay here if you have children, this is a motel not hotel! People staying here look very sketchy. I’m so upset and disappointed I’ve never experienced anything like this. Hotels.com needs to do more research about properties they offer. Like I mentioned this is a Motel not Hotel!!

We had very comfortable stay at Studio city court yard hotel. Location is the best with surrounding so many food place and big grocery store. Universal park visitor can overnight stay here and save some money. Anthony helped us and give us many tips to schedule the universal trip. No complaints about cleanliness. Only thing I could say it’s old property but gated and very reasonable parking fees.
