This is an amazing hotel! We’ve come here the last six years, and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They treat you like royalty there and it is literally the most clean resort I’ve ever stayed at anywhere. Plus the benefit of having Javier is right there it’s unbelievable!

Use to be better when it was a 4 diamonds resort. Now it's a Hilton Hotel and you can tell.. Also we didn't like at all the Javier restaurant, over price, limited menu and we had a very terrible experience with a food allergy. We was expecting more from a fine dining restaurant, the other restaurant next to the pool is 100 times better. Stuff it's always great.

Great stay!

My stay here was great. The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that the water in shower was cold. The water in faucets was hot but not the shower.

We had such a great vacation!! Lovely resort-meticulously maintained. Everyone is super friendly. Great lunch options by pool. Cafe is great for quick breakfast (pastries are to die for!) and coffee. Mercado is useful for water, snacks, toiletries, etc...The spa is unbelievable. A number of shops and restaurants nearby and 5 minute taxi to San Jose, 15 min walk to large grocery store. We had a 2 bed/2 bath suite with ocean views and only wonderful things to say (I love the daily housekeeping too!).
