We went for our honeymoon, most of the hotel have a small decorations or little small gift but nothing we are not asking for but most of the hotel decorate rooms. We were in Riu hotel for 4days it was all exclusive and it was included everything; and then came to hyatt Ziva compare to each other hyatt Ziva was all inclusive too but we asked for wine extra charge, asked for coconut drink it was extra charge. Lobster was extra charge, some stake was extra charge. Bed was awful when other person was moving bed was shaking so bad I feel like I was sleeping in bus. Room service was very slow.

We had an amazing trip with our two boys, 1 and 3 years old. The staff in this resort are incredible! From our welcoming crew including Poli, to the front desk, room service, poolside service, housekeeping, event staff, bartenders, waiters, hosts (we won’t forget you Margarita!), kids club; literally everyone we encountered was incredible. Our room was huge and the AC worked perfectly which is good because it was hot. The room was clean and had all the amenities you would need. We highly recommend this resort for your family vacation!

Construction from sun up till after sundown. Pools and bars don’t open until 10am closes at 6pm. Zero night life entertainment outside. If you don’t want a night life, and don’t mind 24/7 construction noise. Go for it.

Property was beautiful. Love the large pool and that there are several pools. Like that it has lots of amenities. The one dislike is that we felt always rushed at dinner. There was a waiter at the Hacienda restaurant that we especially didn’t appreciate how he rushed us. He wanted us to order all our meals right away as soon as we got there. He told us because it would get busy. Well it didn’t and there were a lot of tables empty. I wish I could remember his name
