The hotel is very nice, the view here is very nice, the stop is also very nice and the option of vegetarian food was very less. And there is much peace, We found their staff and security system staff very good. We liked him very much. Everyone can be carefree👌

First of all, their food is terrible. And after they charged you the room upgrade they never contacted you to switch room till 5pm next day. It was unpleasant experience. But at the end, the manager was able to offer a late check out to make up the hours! But if you ask me, I probably won’t go back again and won’t recommend to anyone.

They had renovations ongoing, so the resort was very noisy. Every day on the beach we heard the constant construction noise, like if we were in the middle of a big city. Same for the pool, except when they blasted music. A big chunk of the hotel was closed because of the ongoing work, and another part was not accessible to my family, because was adult only. They only informed us of the renovations after the booking, so I could not cancel it. The rooms are old, our hot tub was broken, they promised to fix it 3 times and never did, and did not offer a different room. Plus we saw cockroaches in the room twice on 2 different days. The room doors are on open corridors (like motels) so it is possible that bugs come from under the door. Keep in mind that you can't swim in the ocean because it is not safe, but to be fair, they say it on the website, but still not very nice. Restaurants have good food, but one was adult only, and the steakhouse is always busy that is difficult to get in (they take no reservations and no waitlist, so they just send people away if full). Overall, it is not worth the high price and for sure it doesn't deserve the 5 stars rating.

This property was great outside of the food, granted resort food is never like better than outside the resort but this was just so bad. Other than that it was nice quiet and relaxing. They do repeat a lot of the same entertainment games so maybe they should switch that up. And lastly people paying for an all inclusive should not have to pay to sit by a pool in a cabana it’s all inclusive the early birds get the worm first.

Two nights at Thanksgiving.
Food was ok. The drinks were typical all inclusive, nothing really good except a gin and tonic at Dozo restaurant. The website indicated the beach was “swimmable”. The beach is never swimmable per the lifeguard on site. Room was fine although lots of construction, which we knew, so not an issue. The staff was courteous.

This property is so beautiful and clean...beyond clean, immaculate! Staff could not be nicer or more helpful. Beautiful smiles from everyone. Food was terrific, grounds perfect. Love this property
