We spent our 1 year anniversary here at Krystal. The staff is fantastic they upgraded our room from the start. The general manager Josafat has been great to work with. He was able to get us a few of the exclusive wine bottles for our anniversary, and he also arranged for car pick up to go to the casino in San Lucas. We spent most of our time at the adult only pool and the bartender Pedro and server Julian was great!!! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to have a chill vacation. It’s quiet but that is what we were looking for and it was not too crowded so the bartenders were always quick making drinks.

There are only 4 people that made our stay feel great. Those individuals were the following: >Rodrigo from the pool area, he was so friendly and always had a drink in my hands before i even ask him.He recommend a few things in the menu and drinks; and he did not disappoint. >Neftaly the DJ was amazing kept us entrained with the music and suggested a few spots and activities in the resort. >Gonzalo from the Rissoto restaurant was amazing great service and amazing attitude he recommended a drink that i will forever remember it was incredible. >Socorro from the Grill was amazing, friendly, great service and amazing attitude. >The only one thing that kept this from being an amazing experience was the Oriental restaurant Ayami. In reality it was one server his name was Jesus. We went there 2 times and both times he has a bad attitude, was rushing is trough our order, got our orders mixed up, forgot one of our dishes, and lastly he for got to fill our cups and bring one of our dishes. We waited for an order of sushi for 15-20 min and never got it so we left.

Resort staff were very welcoming and friendly. Treated you kindly right from reception. Place wasn't too busy so was easy to get into all the restaurants. Everyone was very helpfull. I even lost my phone in an uber, and all were willing to help. Nicole, with Expedia services was always available for any issues. Mario, the resort concierge went out of his way to accommodate my phone retrieval. I can't thank him enough. He was excellent about keeping me updated. Overall, a truly magical experience at the Krystal Grand.

We traveled last September and while we know a lot had changed with COVID but we were disappointed in the level of service to the rooms, the food otions were scare m, everything felt cafiteria from elementary. It was always cold and everyday it was the samd as the day before. The only food that was good was the hibachi restaurant. Even though we upgraded our room to the plunge pool, the items in the room where always wet and poor ventilation in the room. Nothing to do around the resort, had to travel a ways to engage in activities. Will not be returning.

I recently stayed at krystal grand and I cannot express enough how impressed I was with the concierge services provided by Nicole Griego. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. Nicole was incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and offered fantastic recommendations for dining and activities. She took the time to understand our preferences and tailored suggestions that perfectly matched our interests. What truly set Nicole apart was her genuine care for our experience. She checked in with us regularly to make sure everything was going smoothly and even assisted with moving me to a new room and take care of my complaint. Thanks to Nicole, we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. She truly made our experience special! Thank you, nicole , for your outstanding service!

Wife and I had a great time here at the Krystal Grand. Fantastic staff everywhere. Super location. Its a little dated and areas are open to the weather which cuts down on the use of AC. We would of preferred more AC. Staff worked extremely hard during the tropical storm we had on the Friday, a huge shout out to the hard working team members. Met some great folk from the USA, Mexico and BC Canada: Cecille, Victor, Tammy, John, Marie-Anne, Jorge, Nick and Amanda. Julian and Pedro at the swim up bar do an awesome job. Expedia staff on the resort made us feel welcome and special, thanks. Tecate light beer on tap isn't the best - just saying. Ala carte restaurant's use first come first served which worked well, no waiting. House red wine is pretty much gross!! Poor evening entertainment basically because there is no stage however they try with the DJ, karaoke and BBQ's. Disappointed there was no visit from Michael Jackson !! Overall we had a really good time but doubt we'd go back. BTW the Captain that runs the breakfast dining room is fantastic, all business, professional, runs a tight ship and smiles occasionally.....SIR YES SIR.
