We really enjoyed our stay and it wouldn’t have been possible without the help of Gabriel who was the Expedia concierge. He was there whenever we needed assistance and made sure to check on us every day to ensure we were comfortable during our stay. Also, Valentina, Gloria, and Urias were very fun pool staff who made sure we had a great time!

Stay was excellent,all staff was so helpful and polite,especially lady at coffee shop.. Everyone was great but Gabriel, Our Expedia concierge was truly superb and real gem of our trip. It started at the front desk with all the “hidden fees” then no one walked us to our room or gave us a tour so we were lost. When I went to complain about our room, an employee asked if we got a tour. We did not, then told us why our room lights/ AC don’t work. The bartenders were so rude and grumpy! The ladies at the restaurant argued with me bc I switched tables and said “people are waiting to sit there”, but I ALSO waited 40 min to get sat. OH AND, the drinks don’t have any alcohol? You’re better off drinking beer and wine the entire time.

The lack of understanding English makes a huge communication barrier. Some servers at the restaurants were not friendly or nice hosts. Tour arrangements made have too many unspoken stipulations where you find out too late. Will not go back to this resort.

Let’s start by saying I basically paid ALL INCLUSIVE for buffet food only and watered down drinks. Our room AC didn’t work, the room was dirty, the sliding door was broken. Walking throughout the resort there was dirty cups and food plates left in the corner. The pool has tiles most of the tiles are cracked! They had no activities. Everything closed early. Food had hair in it ! Just a terrible experience! I would love a refund !

The stay was nice. Coffee shop was great and the dining was good. Suggest a bit larger portions in Italian restaurant. The pool was nice but needs repair for tile pieces were falling off and two guest were cut on thier feet. A/c in rooms need upgrading.
