Tranquilo, confortable, muy amables todos, buen restaurante, muy a gusto en la Alberca. Había un detalle con los climas q no estaban enfriando al cien, pero muy amables al cambiar de habitación y resolver el problema! Muy a gusto la estancia.

En general es bueno, sin embargo en las dos ocasiones que nos hemos hospedado las regaderas no funcionan bien. También tienen el problema de que el abanico no funciona de manera independiente, si apagas las luces se apaga el abanico. Resto el personal es agradable.

Fue una estancia nada agradable, tuvimos problemas con nuestro aire acondicionado, nunca fueron a revisarlo , llamadas a recepción y parecía que solo te escuchaban pero no daban solución , la alberca el agua muy sucia se batalla con el estacionamiento y te piden que dejes tu carro afuera , aseguran tener plancha para habitaciones y cuando la pides disen que se terminaron , me parió caro para lo que en verdad ofrecen .
