Overall, we had a great time and liked the resort. However, they need to improve their staff. We were going for lunch one day and the person pouring our water spilt on my chair and did not wipe it up. He just walked away. The main bars make pizza, except when that person goes to lunch. Then you cannot get a pizza. The main dining restaurant was full of flies and the air return had not been cleaned and was caked with dirt and was black in color. These are the things that caught my attention. The food at the non-buffet restaurants was great. The beach is to die for and there is always a breeze.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Divi All Inclusive. The property is beautiful and it was a perfect getaway for our "Baby Moon." Very relaxing and just what we needed!

We would've enjoyed some music throughout the day on the beach or in the pool areas. One pool had a speaker that allowed pool users to connect via bluetooth, and play music from their personal phones, but i thought something permanently in place would've been more appropriate. Nothing near any of the beach areas though.

First time in Aruba, first all inclusive. Would gladly stay here again! Staff was very welcoming and friendly (a couple were obviously "fake nice" and need help with their acting lessons, but they were the exceptions). Property was very clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed. Loved having the water bottle. The nightly entertainment was excellent, especially learning more about the culture! Casita room was a little shabby, coffee maker didn't work, several outlets didnt work, but beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed, and I understand that rooms will be renovated soon. Restaurants (Red Parrot and Club Margot) were delicious and staff was exceptional! The buffet was just okay, nothing special, but we could always find something. My only suggestion is to have some Mocktail options at the bars. (Was nice to see on the menu at Club Margot, and delicious!) Not everyone partakes in alcoholic beverages for a variety of reasons, so there should be no judgement, and it would be nice to have options besides virgin frozen drinks or Coke.

The staff at the Divi was great. My only complaint is the restaurants on site were all full very difficult to make reservations. We landed on Monday and was not able to get a reservation until Thursday

Everyone was so welcoming, and all your needs were taken care of. The 1 thing i was nervous about was when they mopped the tile floors outside was very slippery, i almost went down a few times. Overall is was 1 of our best vacations so far.

Staff was amazing and super accommodating! Place was very clean. Beautiful surroundings. Very safe. Loved the pools and the beach front. Also great to have access to their sister hotel.

Wish I could have stayed longer. Loved the access to the pool and beaches, less than a minute walk to sand. Easy to go back and forth to your room for bathroom. Food was actually really good and the shuttles back and forth to resorts were fast and easy to change things up for the night. Wish there was a bracelet key access to the outside doors though so we could have locked door without having to go around the building- just feedback. great stay. white sand teal water - loved aruba in january

Proximity to beach / downtown / ocean. Accommodations need to be freshened through out the complex. Not as pristine or staffed like the previous 7 visits. 1st time we’ve considered alternatives for the future.
