Our ranch style home is located 9 miles from Churchill Downs and the beginning of the Urban Bourbon trail in downtown Louisville. A short drive from our home, going away from town, offers rolling fields of breath taking horse farms. We are located in a well established neighborhood with large lots, where the deer roam freely. You will find we are on a private cul de sac and the house offers a fireplace, a whirlpool bath tub, and a bricked in, beautifully landscaped court yard for privacy and grilling outdoors. In the nearby historic town of Prospect you will find great restaurants, Starbucks, groceries, dry cleaners and drug stores.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which has a kitchen. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Conveniences include a sofa bed and a washing machine.

Perfect for the Derby

Perfect house for 3 couples for the Kentucky Derby. Mary was very helpful, and the house was beautiful.
