Some staff were very friendly and some were not. The elevator and hallways on the floors were BLAZING HOT, thermostat in the hallway read 91 degrees. Our room was good temp wise, but horribly muggy, like everything felt moist. The road noise was terrible all day and all night. To the point of them providing ear plugs and a noise machine in the room. There was a lot of homeless in the area. I had made a reservation through Expedia, prepaid. We decided we wanted to arrive a day early but due to it being prepaid we had to make a second reservation, this one through Marriott. We were able to stay in the same room but I had to check out and back in. We had our dog and it’s a $75 cleaning fee. The person that checked us in assured us that even though we had 2 reservations, they wouldn’t charge a second cleaning fee. Well the person the next day didn’t feel the same way and we were charge a second $75 fee but they did not tell me that was happening until I got my receipt in my email. They never even cleaned our room in the 3 nights we were there. I will be contacting Marriott.
