Nothing short of amazing!
Our stay was nothing short of amazing! From checking in to checking out, the overall experience was fantastic. Our room was exceptionally clean, and the staff was friendly and very attentive. This hotel is beautiful. You won’t be disappointed staying there!

Checked into the room and there was no blanket or bed spread on the bed, just a sheet. There was no hand soap. The ice bucket was super sticky and the liner bag had mold on it like something had been spilled or the bucket was not dry. Asked for a few more towel and a blanket and the blanket was handed to me at the door. When I called for towels, they brought them up tossed in a trash bag. It felt like I was put into an un remodeled room? Walls were very thin and was woke up at 6am listening to very LOUD women cackling in the hallway and room next door.

Breakfast was a HUGE disappointment. NO buffet so had to wait 45 mins on first day for ALC table service... Lukewarm coffee, single orange juice NO REFILLS or TOPUP.... Seriously This was unexpected and really unacceptable. Too busy the next day to enjoy the breakfast we had paid extra for. Would not book again. Airport hotels should be super-efficient with breakfasts as people have flights to catch. Handy location, good airport transfer. Modern rooms. Disappointed also in lack of amenities (no cotton buds, no makeup remover pad... just wall mounted shampoo, conditioner, bodywash you cant reach from the bathtub.
