Great for concert at KFC Yum Center
The Hotel is very nice although we didn't find the mattress to be very comfortable. Our view from our window was a parking garage. It was convenient to have the restaurants in the Hotel and it was extremely nice for seeing a concert at the KFC Yum Center!

It was nice. Centrally located. You could walk to a restaurant or enjoy one of their many restaurants. The restaurants were unfortunately understaffed when I was there, but it wasn’t the server’s issue, they just needed help. The front desk staff was spectacular.

This is a very old hotel with lots of interesting history. I was a little suprised that such a classy hotel had so many issues. As soon as we got off the elevator (11th floor) we smelled a very strong mildew/mold odor. Didn't see mold but it was surely there. Halls need updated/cleaned. Rooms are large but our coffee maker didn't work, several electrical outlets didn't work, the toilet paper holder fell off every time we touched the toilet paper. We only had 2 of each towel, which wasn't a big deal and we could have asked for more but didn't. The bar on the bridge was nice, as was the Jockey Silt. Drinks were good. The Hey Lady Boutique was awesome and the gal and guy in there were lovely. The other shops were never open. We went to the rooftop bar for a drink and dessert on our Prohibition Ghosts Tour and it was lovely. The hotel didn't advertise the amenities well, and much of it is hidden away, so we found out by talking with people. The bell desk wasn't at all helpful when we asked about dining, saying that they don't eat around there because it's too expensive. The garage was shared with the event center next door. There was a concert in town one night and we couldn't find a parking spot, even though we had paid for our parking. We drove through every level twice and finally had no choice but to park on the end of a row where we weren't supposed to, like several other cars did. There wasn't enough signage and navigating the garage was a guessing game.

Had a cold shower morning of 10/14. Couldn’t have the TVs changed in any restaurant or bar because manager doesn’t allow, so we had to leave and go eat somewhere else to watch the game.

The elevators were excruciatingly slow. Sometimes 20 minute wait. I wish there was a set of elevators for the bellhops! The water took a very long time to heat up in the shower- strange refrigerator didn’t seem to keep drinks cold. No microwave. However the views around were very nice! The staff seemed very helpful. I slept well.

The hotel was amazing, check in was quick and easy, room was clean and quiet. Only complaint is waiting for an elevator. We stayed on the 15th floor and even with having 4 elevators, it was still at least a 5 minute wait to go up or down and when going down, it stopped on every floor.
