It was really nice. We had connected rooms~ we asked for. There was no issue. Breakfast was good~ a bit crowded. Close to the outlet~ we were school shopping. Definitely recommend.

Overall hotel is nice. The room we were in was showing signs of wear and could have used a deep cleaning. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything in the rooms beside you, outside, and in the halls. The breakfast was awful. There were several options but nothing was replaced when it ran out and what was there wasn’t good.

We had the most restful stay here! Be aware, if traveling with a pet, the pet fee is a flat rate of $75. Whether you stay one night or 5, it is $75.

Not a great stay.
Extremely disappointed. Shower would only provide scalding hot water. Bathroom sink drained extremely slowly. No maintenance staff onsite. Therefore...no shower. Disappointing, especially for a Hampton. Apparently staff does not check the functionality of these things until there is an issue.

The hotel was nice and clean. However, the walls are not insulated well and our neighbors were awake and loud until 4:00 am. As long as you aren’t a light sleeper this one is for you.

This Hampton Inn and Suites is relatively new. Very clean, very close to I64 and and outlet mall right across the overpass. My one complaint with all Hampton Inn hotels is they have the most uncomfortable beds compared to equivalent hotels.

So much was great about our stay: bed was super comfy, everything including the pool was clean, and staff were wonderful. Unfortunately we counted on two cribs for our room since we called ahead and were told they would be un our room. Unfortunately one if them was broken, and one side would not stay up. We asked for another and were told all were in use. So not fun sleeping with a toddler who has freedom. The parking was a bit of a challenge with a big pickup. There were only two spaces open in the lot. Breakfast was great!
