Breakfast was gross & had a big, red "C" hanging on the wall from the health department. Our room was musty & humid. Bed sheets stuck to me at night. Our feet were black from walking around in our room. Couldn't get to the fridge bc the cabinet door was stuck. Pool is tiny and had maintenance men working in the ceiling.
The window in my room faces the lobby. Towels were horrible. Breakfast was not good. My a/c was not working and I woke up to it being 76 degrees in my room. Staff was short and seemed annoyed. The only staff member that greeted me was the very nice lady changing the trash by the elevators. Not worth it. I will not back.
The staff was friendly and helpful. We were in town for a family function and we're traveling with a cake that needed to be refrigerated and there were able to store it overnight for us.
Will definitely stay here next time we are in town
I called 2 weeks prior to going and asked about a discount that they were giving to my car club to get a discount since we were booking so many rooms I get to the place and was told they couldn’t do anything for me. Ok no problem it is what it is. Then I go and get a hair cut came back to room to find all the towels were gone and none were replaced had to call down to lobby and ask for some waitress an hour and a half and nothing so I had to use a damn floor mat towel to dry myself as well as my wife did I brought it up to the ladies at the counter and they looked at me as if they didn’t care so much for customer service. Was there 4 nights made bed one time throughout trash once never came back with extra towels or clean ones. Just a joke of service most disappointing stay I’ve ever had and paid damn near a thousand dollars for this horrible service.
From the outside the property looks horrible and unsafe, there was a used condom in the parking lot. The water wasn’t working when we got there. It didn’t start working until way later night. The person that cleaned our room only pulled the cover over and didn’t fix the sheet. Didn’t get towels until I asked the housekeeper for them. Hotel is in walking distance of ihop and other things. The front of the hotel was blocked off.
