This property is in a location where you can walk to many things to do. Take a right or a left on Baxter and there is plenty to eat and do. The unit itself is cleanish. The bedspreads might want to be switched to all white or clean them more often. Items in the kitchen were sort of clean. The microwave seemed to blow a fuse while we were there and couldn't use it going forward. The owner did not reply in a timely manner while we were in the unit. There were only 2 rolls of tp for the whole unit and since we didn't get a response we ended up buying more. They were quick with how to get into the place and asking for a late checkout before we checked in. Please note, yes this is in a commercial area as stated in the listing, but it is in a LOUD commercial area. You can hear your neighbors, across the hall, through the wall. I live in a condo building and I can kind of hear when neighbors are talking, but it is so clear in this unit that you can follow along and probably chime in! The business below starts their music at 8 am on a Saturday; there was some reprieve on Sunday. You can hear it all :)
