got to our hotel room at midnight, walking inside to the fire alarm beeping, as well as human feces in the toilet. attempted to flush the toilet, but it began to overflow all over the hotel room. ran to front desk to notify them about the incident and they said sorry and assigned us a new room. went to the front desk in the morning and they refused to give a refund. took 45 minutes of argument to finally receive reimbursement. horrible experience overall.

Great staff- our original room didn’t have towels or a shower curtain (due to deep cleaning going on in rooms) so the Front Desk gentleman moved us to the room next door that was even better than the original room with no hesitation. Would come back again.

Hotel was good and clean but there's not servicing your rooms unless you're staying from multiple days and the towel policy is kind of weird. It is also hard to walk across the street cuz it is a major highway area. There is a BP that's walkable and a few fast food places. The breakfast has no eggs or meat on any days.

DO NOT STAY HERE
TERRIBLE - Do not stay here. Avoid at all costs. We stayed here for a brief overnight stay and we wish we would have slept in the vehicle instead. The room was absolutely disgusting; sand and filth in corners of washroom, red-ish coloured fluid stains on wall in washroom, crusty dried hair and fluid leaks on heat/ac unit. We brought it up to the agent at the front at 5am. She took note and said would mention to housekeeping. We contacted expedia (who we booked with) to advise them about this disgusting environment this hotel provides, they contacted the hotel and the hotel manager denied this saying the room was deep cleaned and not dirty at all!!! We have pictures to prove it and they are still denying it. Cleanliness = 0, Service = 0. Would never ever recommend staying here. Had to give 1* to post but would be -10* in my books.

The gentlemen at the counter during check in was not friendly; however, he was efficient. Breakfast with zero protein was unexpected as the hotel did not say continental breakfast on the online description.

I really enjoyed our stay. Our room was was great. The beds were very comfortable... not too hard nor too soft. The pillows were awesome. Our room was clean.... the bathroom was very clean. We were across the hall from the elevator on the third floor and never heard any one getting on or off the elevator. The swimming pool was kinda small but it was VERY CLEAN and there was no strong odor of chemicals. The a.c. worked very well. . The breakfast was ok. .. could use more variety

Great stay for the price. Lobby and common areas are in great shape. Rooms are a bit dated, but very clean. Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is basic, but acceptable for the price of the stay.

I was looking for an affordable place to stay for one night, and for the price, this hotel had good reviews, so I decided to give it a shot, and I totally recommend it. Very clean, beds were comfy, the area was calm, breakfast area was clean. Will definitively stay here again.

First issue, we got stuck in the elevator. Crazy, other guest said it happened to them. Luckily it was only for 3 minutes. The room smelled like a smokers palace although it was a non smoking room. The cigarette smell was awful. The bathroom floor was sticky and dirty. The positive, the bed was super comfortable and it was nice and quiet. The central air worked great in the room. The gym was small and the treadmill is faulty. But it served it's purpose. The pool is small but the kids had fun. We spotted 3 roaches in the room at our 3 night stay. So if staying keep the food in the refrigerator and keep the luggage closed. The property was decent. The staff was nice. But I would only stay if I was in a bind...only for one night no more than that. The property was ok. The staff was nice.
