Wouldn’t recommend
They were doing construction and I didn’t have a parking spot within reason of my room. I stayed on a Sunday and Monday night, it was so loud! Breakfast was not great, there was a hair in my bath towel and the mini fridge was terrible. It leaked and didn’t get cold. I wouldn’t recommend

i had booked my room through hotels and accidentally booked the wrong sunday and no one at the property or hotel would offer me any help with either changing the date or and assistance of any kind. I will not be using hotels.com or booking a room at the clarion since they wouldn’t offer me any help reconciling my scenario.

Clean and comfortable
The staff was nice. The room was clean with a hard floor rather than carpet. Fixtures were clean. Doors and locks worked as they should. AC unit ran and was controllable to a comfortable temperature. Beds were comfortable. Pool and exercise room were added bonuses. Breakfast was very adequate and even included sliced almonds and dried cranberries. I appreciate the extra touch. There were eggs, sausage, and biscuits/gravy as well as the other stuff like cereal, toast, waffles, juice, coffee, etc. So overall, based on the fact that it checked all of our boxes and was in an area that felt safe and kept up, and in addition it was affordable, we will look here first, the next time we stay in the Louisville area.

Newly remolded hotel was great . The only thing I didn’t like was the size of the bathroom . Very small causing it to have a small toilet on an angle which was tough to use . Perfect for a child but not an adult . Other than that if you can get past that the room was great .

This property isn't the cleanest or best maintained, but I keep coming back because it's comfortable, and the price is always among the best. Some of the furniture is pretty worn. The bedding and shower are always clean (2 non-negotiable items for me). The biggest problem I've had over several stays is the room I most recently stayed in had an ENORMOUS gap between the interior door and the frame. I could see into the hallway through the gap and had to close a towel in the door to fill the space. I would've changed rooms if it wasn't such a hassle or so late when I checked in.

Ima tough critic but lived up to reviews!!!
Upon arrival, the secretary was peasant, informative and welcoming. The next morning, I went down for coffee and spoke with a gentleman named Frank who was personable and made me Feel like I had known him for years. By the time I was 30 minutes down the road, they graciously called and told me I left my wallet in the room and I immediately went back and retrieved it. So thankful for this courteous call. A lot of people aren’t honest these days, but these folks are.
