I really liked the pavilion outside. That was a very nice sitting area that was covered. What I did not like was the room accross from me had someone constantly throwing something at the door that could be heard accross the hall into my room. Other than that the place was great, I would stay there again.

The air quality in our room was musty so we opened the window and there were people smoking outside which caused our room to then smell like smoke. The carpet is old and stained in the halls.

Do not believe the great reviews. While the staff is great, the property is in poor condition. Our room smelled like a smokey bar despite being advised as a no smoking facility. My kids were excited to swim in the pool, but a light fixture broke loose from inside the pool and was bobbing on the surface of the deep end, only anchored in that spot by the pulled electrical wires still connected. The second floor smelled worse than the first. At one point, underlying the old tobacco smell that permeated everything, I smelled what reminded me of someone actively cleaning that day's catch from a local pond. Again, the staff were great, but the owner needs to invest in serious maintenance and upgrades. This should, at most, be a $60 hotel with a 4-5 star rating out of 10.
