This hotel was probably nice at one time but it's clearly not been maintained well. Everything is old and the room smelled old and dirty. We were just traveling through but there are a lot more options in Louisville and we will not stay here again.

Stay here often. Never any issues. Last 2 stays though, housekeeping has woke us at 9 am. Check out is noon. On one stay they didn’t even knock, they tapped and I didn’t know what the noise was and they just opened the door. (Always use the security locks) I will discuss with the property manager as he is a very nice gentleman and perhaps they have new housekeepers. I certainly hope this doesn’t become a regular occurrence.

The old place is home for us, but needs work.
We have a soft-spot for this place; we’ve been coming here for years, when we see a show at The Derby Dinner Playhouse. But, seriously, it desperately needs a makeover. A surprise this time: two main hallways in the central building area had numerous large puddles from the roof leaking, apparently. “Caution” signs don’t cut it in that situation. That aside, the bed was comfy; great pillows.

This facility was a great place to go to probably about 5 to 10 years ago but now the facility has gone under due to homelessness the smell the mold it is terrible would never be going back there again

This location is perfect if you want to be close to Louisville but not in the heart of it. Easy commute. However, the rooms are very dated, our toilet was running when we got there and die awhile so we had to get a different room where the heater was not hardly working. No vending machines anymore for snacks/drinks and the restaurant chooses by 9.
