Check in took almost an hour. Computers were down due to roof leaking. Room was fine but it was almost impossible to get clean towels. Even when we asked for room service we couldn’t get it. When we went to the desk they were not able to get towels. No hot water one morning and no power another night. Garbage day at the bottoms of stairs for days. Stairs were in a state of deterioration and not very safe.

Staff was great. Carpet peeling up in hallways and stained. We came mainly for indoor pool which was cloudy and crowded. Furniture in pool area broken. Kids in pool stated family worked there and they could swim for free. We ended up not sleeping there

The staff are very nice and welcoming the rooms were very clean we have little ones and the accommodation made for us was beyond what we could have asked for at any hotel the pool area stayed maintained and clean over all if I rated it 1-10 definitely a 9

A friend and I stayed the weekend for the rodeo championship, for the price that we paid it was pretty nice. Room and bedding were clean but had a couple of stains (stains really arent going to hurt you) and it was quiet aside from the downstairs pool/bar area one night but we couldn’t hear them from our wing. The front desk staff were nice enough to us. We skipped the bar and breakfast because Louisville has no shortage of excellent restaurants. getting to and from the expo center was easy and painless, with traffic it took us at most about 15 minutes to get there. Overall our stay was good. It’s right off the interstate. I can’t say much about the area but the hotel itself is fine.

The room I was in the tub had been painted over, the furniture was chipped and missing paint, the ice machine had mold on it the smell in the building is awful I thought I walked into a storage area that had been holding old furniture for 20 years

Bed was really hard. Refrigerator barely worked. Bathtub had chipped paint all through the tub floor. Stuff all over main are floor, looked like it hadn't been vacuumed.

The view around the property was nice, however there where a couple things that made the stay a little unwelcoming, there was puke at the entrance two days we where there and it took hours for it to be cleaned up, also the breakfast was not as advertised, sure we knew it was not complimentary but we where under the impression that it was a set price for a buffet style eatery and it was a restaurant style instead. While the room was okay, everything else is not worth another stay for us next time we're in town.
