The problems started as soon as we arrived. No one was at the front desk. After waiting for at least 10minutes, I went to find someone. The desk attendant was in the laundry room folding sheets. We finally got our room and it was dark even with the lights on. The curtains had to be opened to get enough light to see to unpack. The next morning, thankfully our night latch was on, housekeeping opened our door without knocking. Every morning after, housekeeping banged on our door without saying housekeeping. Also children would knock on our door thinking our room was theirs. I guess management changed since January, when we stayed there. I will not stay there anymore at all. The staff was not friendly or helpful. In January, the staff was friendly but not manager. This time no one was friendly and way too many children running around without parent control.

Bathroom wall damaged and mirror frame damaged from apparent water leak. Random light switch with a note not to turn it off. Aggressive breakfast attendant. And strict smoking policy that was ignored based on the smell of the hallway

Overall, my stay at this hotel was decent, but there are definitely some areas that could use improvement. The room was clean and comfortable, but it felt a bit outdated and could use some modernization. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the service was a bit slow at times. One of the main issues I encountered was with the amenities. The AC unit needs to be upgraded along with some sort of Dehumidifier. Additionally, the Wi-Fi signal in my room was weak and unreliable, which was frustrating. On the positive side, the location of the hotel was convenient and close to attractions and restaurants. The breakfast offered was decent but could use some hot food item breakfast burritos or hard boiled eggs etc. In conclusion, while this hotel has potential, there are definitely areas that could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience. With some updates and attention to detail, this hotel could become a much more enjoyable place to stay.

Breakfast Disappointment
Everything was good, except paid for breakfast. No coffee creamer but powder. Food was cereal plus white and whole wheat bread with a toaster. Didn't see jelly, but did have butter. Did find yogurt in a bowl on top of counter at check in desk as leaving the area. Should have had pastries if this is considered continental breakfast. Was disappointed and surprised. Gotta do better Super 8 / Wyndam.
