Room was very clean with a huge bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very near the train station, extremely convenient.
Definitely walkable to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes & the Grotto.
The area has limited restaurants so if you walked about 15 minutes, you have a wide variety of restaurants to choose from. Unfortunately the room had no fridge but the staff was hospitable to provide ice or hot water if you asked them. They even helped me to freeze my ice pack for me.
There’s no air conditioning, we open the window for fresh air & & a lovely view. It can get quite noisy at night as there’s a pub across the hotel.
Check in & check out was easy & there’s an elevator for your convenience. I highly recommend this hotel!!!
The best hotel I have ever stayed in Lourdes. At first locality is great. Really closed to the railway station. You have a very nice view on the city. Very friendly staff. And professional. Rooms are basic but very very clean for very good price. Very good condition for this price.
The building was newly renovated/painted with a nice color. The closet in the room assigned to us was missing a door. The shower was half enclosed; so, we had difficulty in adjusting our positions when taking a shower that water won’t splash outside. We made it anyway! The cleaning lady assigned to us was very helpful and did the cleaning very well. The front desk clerks were very professional with their jobs, which was fast check in and out. I highly recommend this boutique hotel. Merci
This place was so adorable and perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and shiny. Since the AC is operated by the manager, we were able to have our window open due to cold weather. I wish I got his name, but the older man during night shift was very sweet and helpful. Although the top main shower head was not working, we were able to mess with the settings to have the water come out of the second attachment instead. The bathroom was very roomy and it was just what we needed for a 2 night stay in Lourdes. Definitely will stay here again!
Check in was quick & easy & so was payment.
The room was massive (photos don't do justice at all) & so was the bathroom.
Hotel is less than 3 mins from the station (would say less depending on how quick you walk)
This is a 2 star hotel so don't expect the level of comfort in a 4 star.
We needed a reasonably priced hotel for one night and we are very happy with the choice. The hotel is greatly located at the heart of Lourdes.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming and would rate them 5 stars for the services

A clean and friendly hotel but no kettle!
It is a very conveniently located hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. My only real sense of disappointment was there was no facility for making tea or coffee in the room!
The staffs were friendly and the location was perfect as less than 3 mins away from the Train station. Could have provided with a fan as it was a hot day. Shops and restaurants were walking distance, will definitely stay here again.
I couldn't make a local telephone call and had to walk in the hot sun looking for a phone booth.
It was very hot inside the room and hotel staff refused to provide a fan.

excellent value for your Euro near Gare Lourdes
My wife and I stayed there for a night sometime on june 2015. While the exteriors of the hotel need a lot of improvement, we were impressed on the room and the en suite bathroom which was decently upgraded.Except for the distance from the Sanctuary, this hotel has an excellent value for your money. If you don't mind the daily commute to the sanctuary, there is a bus that shuttles there every few minutes too. And if you have to catch an early train back to Paris, Gare Lourdes is just a few steps away.
Hotel receptionist is friendly and helpful.Infront of the hotel there is a restaurant.not to far from Grotto.

Days 4-7
Two of us spent 11 days traveling with 10 nights in five different hotels. When I booked this trip I was looking for hotels in the 3-star range. This one, compared to the others, I rate as 3.

Short break
I found staff mostly knowledgeable about local amenities and were happy to find things out for you if they didn't have information to hand. The hotel and rooms were very clean, but I think the facade both front and rear require attention as it is looking tired. The windowframes of our rooms were peeling and the outsides of the windows looked uncleaned for quite sometime. One big failing was the fact that we had been there 2 days before we found out that food was available in the evenings, there was no notice to that effect nor a menu which would attract more residents to use the dining room. Neither were there notices asking guests to respect the others by not banging doors etc on coming in late in the evening or going out early in the mornings. With the height of the landing spaces the entire hotel resonated with each door closing. More sound proofing is required, a move which I appreciate would cost the owner a good deal and would clearly affect prices, but a few more euros for a quieter stay would be acceptable. For its' current star rating and price I would give it 3.5 out of 5 for staff friendliness and bedroom comfort.
Perfect for brief one or two day visit. It is a good and easy 10 minute walk to the grotto and basilica. Best of all it is very close to the train station if you are taking the train whether coming or going.
This hotel represents very good value - it is within easy walking distance of anything you are likely to want to see in Lourdes, the rooms are comfortable, clean and bigger than you would expect. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the Wi-Fi worked well and free parking is available either on the premises or on the street.
We came in by train and had to lug our bags from the station. Lourdes is quite hilly, so having a hotel so close to the station was a great benefit. We were less than a block away from the station and although we were so close the noise of the trains was not a problem at all. The historical area of Lourdes is very walkable and we were only about 15 minute walk from the Basilica. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a triple room and it was a bit tight with the three of us and our bags laid out. But for the location and price we were very happy. I would stay here again if I have the opportunity to visit Lourdes.
