Overnight stay
We booked an overnight stay for a works Christmas event and we were very impressed! The room had 2 king size beds in it, a wonderful sea view and very comfortable. Some of the hotel needs a little refurbish to make it 100%

Lovely hotel, pleasing staff good hot food restaurant and bar) but bar food not served all day. Very central very close to superb sandy beach. Car park private to hotel residents. Lift to floors.

Needs improvement in places
Staff friendly, but some obviously inexperienced in the restaurant during the evening. Menu quite basic, but food when it arrived very nicely cooked and presented. Room abysmal, such a lovely space with sea views but stuck in the 1970s. Bathroom basic, breakfast staff very on the ball, food again very nice I have stayed at this hotel off and on for many years, it has always seemed slightly faded. But dining areas are now very attractive and modern which is nice

Lovely seaside hotel
Lovely seaside hotel with really good service from the friendly staff members. The rooms are slightly outdated but cater for everything needed. The room was quite hot during the night due to unusual hot weather so will be ideal in the autumn/winter.

Pleasant stay.
Reasonably comfortable after a change of room. Staff were excellent, extremely pleasant and helpful. The food I felt could be better. Had a leg problem and staff were very kind but unfortunately, I had to leave early due to the leg. I would recommend this hotel. Rather a long way from the town but nothing much in town anyway however Gt Yarmouth and Broads area in easy reach.

Lovely break
Delightful hotel, would definitely stay here again. Everything, and I mean everything was perfect except for when we moved the bed on the last day to see if we had left anything behind there was rubbish and clothes from previous occupants so cleaning under the bed needs to improve- but everything else I cannot fault

Excellent value for a short stay.
I really enjoyed my stay. The area it is located in is nice and quiet, the staff were great and the rooms offered good value for money. My bedroom was a nice size andthe bathroom was surprisingly large, with a walk in shower. My only grumble was the lack of a fan in the bedroom to help cool the air during the heatwave that occurred whilst i was there.

kept very clean. Bedroom cleaners busy spraying cleaner as i left. Friendly team of cleaners, breakfast staff and bar staff. Reception lady on arrival could have smiled and been more welcoming.
