The suite is beautiful! Just like pictures if not better. The wrap around balcony to see the views of the beach are amazing!! This location is perfect. 4-5 minutes from the Maho Beach Strip and airport. Thank you Emmanuel and your staff for being very kind and accommodating during our stay. We will definitely be back!

First time going to Sint Maarten, so my girlfriend and I were nervous as to what to expect. This is an excellent property to stay at during your stay in Sint Maarten and exceeded our expectations. It is walkable to Mullet Bay Beach, a local grocery store, the casino, restaurants, etc. Parking is easy and never had trouble finding a spot. The owner greeted us upon check-in and was incredibly welcoming, and communication with him was easy during our stay. The room itself was the perfect size for my girlfriend and I, and offered a kitchenette which made cooking easy. The views of Mullet Bay and the island itself were incredible. We used the gym and the pool during our stay, which were nice amenities to have. We’re already talking about coming back and staying at the same property. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Mullet Bay Suites for its cleanliness, modern amenities, and comfort. The suites offer stunning views, especially in the morning, and feature convenient parking and robust security. The property is just a short walk to the beach, adding to its appeal. The management is excellent, and we received a warm welcome from the property manager, Emmanuel, who greeted us with cold towels and local banana rum—a delightful touch! Emmanuel is attentive, kind, and responsive, providing outstanding service. We are eagerly looking forward to our next stay at this wonderful property.

Everything was amazing. We ended up here on accident but it was lovely. The property manager was so friendly. The room even had an umbrella for the beach. If I had to have a complaint the blow dryer sucks but who cares I just air dried. It’s then beach it was fine
