Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
A complete catastrophe, the house owner didn't get in touch. I booked the house 4 months before. When I arrived I couldn't move into the house, I was left lying on my side, without accommodation. The agency did take care of it a day later, but not for the day I arrived. I haven't received any reimbursement from them yet. So I can't recommend it at all, as the house owner didn't care a damn thing and didn't reply to any emails or messages. I had to pay for the second apartment myself, so the agency didn't really do anything, even though they said I would get my money back in the coming week. A huge disappointment, my vacation is over without any help from them, bad, just bad 😡😡😤
