The first time, I've been there, I had some problems during my “check in” and some more (due to the lack of organization).
I said in my mind: No problem, it happens. They need to learn and no hotel in perfect.
The second time I've been there, I realized that they were just totally disorganized and they don’t care about customers.
I did an early check in (that I paid). My room was not ready, I slept in the sofa (in the bar) during 90 min, and I realized that some rooms were in fact ready, but the receptionist did not how to find it. I lost 50% of one night.
Everything has to be paid in advance (when you check in).
If you need a dinner in your room here again, you can't charge your room (paid cash or CB). Same for the laundry (pay cash or CB when they bring the clothes). For the food in your room, don't worry, it will arrive after 1h40 (planned 45 min).
If you complain, except the manager, most of employees will show you a face like: I don't care!!
Then, you can go there if you want.
But for me, after 2 journeys of 3 and 4 days, it is the worst hotel I’ve been in Africa.
