You are going to love your stay at our newly remodeled industrial chic 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom home with an open floor plan and at a great location in Lubbock. Located in the south side of town, the house is convenient to great restaurants, shopping, and a short 10 minute drive to Texas Tech. This beautiful home features a luxurious master suite, a spacious king in the 2nd bedroom and a comfy queen in the 3rd. Each room is equipped with a smart tv, Hulu Live & fast Wi-Fi!

You will have the property to yourself and have access to all of it's amenities.

This property offers contactless checkin and checkout using smart locks and a Ring Doorbell. I am local and available to assist as needed, but will not be present at the property.

The house is located in a quite family neighborhood. Multiple restaurants are available within a mile of the house. The south loop is less than 2 miles from the residence and Texas Tech is just 5 1/2 miles away. You can access any spot in Lubbock in less than 15 minutes from the house. This is a great location!

This home was remodeled and decorated by SR Design to provide the perfect amenities so that your stay will be amazing! Each bedroom features clean and comfortable beds with 5 star linens along with a large smart tv.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless appliances as well as all of the necessary kitchenware to serve you and your guest. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are open making for a spacious and comfortable area to relax and entertain.

Each bathroom is stocked with toiletries and feature a West Texas favorite, Tecolote Handmade Soaps.

You will experience the fastest internet available making it easy to stay up to date with work projects or stream your favorite shows. A desk is located in a private office and near one of the WiFi hotspots providing you with a comfortable spot to work remotely.

Each TV is equipped with Hulu Live which provides guest with over 100 live cable channels so that you won't miss the big game or your favorite show.

There's room for 2 vehicles to park in the garage and room for 2 more in the driveway.

Great house in Lubbock
This was our first time to rent a house and it exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed was already in the house and it was so nice not to deal with all the noise of a hotel. The house was decorated so nicely and everything looked brand new. I highly recommend this house and we will rent it again when we come back to Lubbock. Thanks so much.

Fantastic Stay with Great Amenities
We had a fantastic stay at this property! It was spotless and recently updated, making it a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We loved the bar area and had a great time grilling steaks outside. The location is conveniently close to TTU. The only thing to note is that the bed was a little too firm for our liking. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we’ll definitely be rebooking!

Nice property. Shuffleboard table was fun. We had everything we needed. Only negatives were outdoor grill was not clean and we had to spot clean several dishes and flatware before we used them. Will use Trig properties again.

Our stay at this rental property was seamless and easy. Extremely clean, and the checkout process couldn't be simpler. It was also conveniently located for us as we were in town for a Kingdom at Work conference at Betenbough homes. Would highly recommend this if you are coming in to Lubbock for business or pleasure.

This house was perfect in every way! Great family neighborhood, a park with a pond within walking distance. I enjoyed running in the mornings and seeing all the geese and ducks. There's a Market Street less than a mile away and then of course, TTU less than 10 minutes. House is decorated nicely, super clean plus well stocked with items like coffee and creamer and spices! When going back to Lubbock, this will be the ONLY place we stay moving forward!

The house was beautiful and very comfortable! We often bring my in-laws and our three children with us to visit Lubbock and this was on of the best rentals we have stayed in.
