The breakfast staff was friendly ,however front desk clerk was very unprofessional and unwilling to help in anyway with a like it or leave attitude , unable to make change for the onsite washer and dryer facilities, etc....upon check out and in order to refund my mandatory 100 dollar cash deposit for incidentals desk clerk,laundry staff and housekeeper (which spoke not a lick of English language) rushed to inspect my room making me feel as though I was some sort of low life thug. I won't be staying at this run down property anymore . My door barely locked , the smoke detector was removed and missing,the phone didn't work properly, the carpet is heavily soiled as is the couch not to mention having 2 different color cushions obviously mismatched , water in shower barely got hot , the desk in the room was soiled then just painted over to cover up what should have been cleaned up . This place used to be a decent hotel I've stayed here in the past and didn't have any complaints but it's not good anymore.

The bed was comfortable and both rooms were clean. I never change rooms but I had to here. The shower was broken and I couldn’t get hot water. The hair dryer in the second room didn’t work. I was not planning on having breakfast but I was annoyed that while I waited for the elevator, the breakfast woman spotted me and quickly turned off the lights even though food was still out

Place is really run down. Juice machine was broken for breakfast. They threw away our yeti. Asked for extra towels and they said they were out. Screaming kids in hallway.

It was just OK
Property seemed ran down a bit. Could not get the hot water to come on in the shower and didn’t have time to call and wait for maintenance. Owners or Quality Inn Corp really need to spend time in these locations.

Terrible! Dirty! Don't stay here! One washcloth was provided and it looked like an old cleaning towel. We were told we could not have more towels (only 2 were provided). We had family staying in the area and had to borrow towels from them. The carpet was dirty and wasn't even vacuumed. Sheets had stains and holes. We tried to find a different hotel but it was family weekend at TTU and everything was booked.

The floors were probably the worst. Our shower had hair from the previous people and the towels were not very clean. I used the restroom closer to the lobby and the toilet had a ring from someone that possibly threw up and hadn’t been cleaned for days.

Horrible!
Absolutely horrible! Check in was fine front desk was fine. The room had dog hair all over the couch. Pulled the bedding back and pee stains all over the comforter, bugs all in the corner of room looks like it was never swept vacuumed, the remote had no back was taped up the phone was unplugged scotch tape all over the walls. Looked like blood splatters on the wall.called the front desk asked if they could come change the bedding was told no that it’s 11pm and no one could help.. she came n brought sheets that’s it. Found what looked like bed bug shells and a dead one. We left I was not going to let my kids stay. I wasn’t offered another room ether. Definitely want all or some of my money back since. I was unable to sleep in the room

The room itself was fine for a short stay. Some damage to the walls but good AC. The very thin walls made me happy I packed ear plugs. Breakfast had delayed oversight and I had to wait 40 minutes for the coffee to be refilled and it tasted watered down with little caffeine. Pool and hot tub not working. Maintenance was loudly hammering something in the restroom next to mine which limited how relaxing my bath was.
