Was an absolute wonderful hotel to stay at. Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved that there was a sitting area in the lobby with tables and chairs we used to eat our dinner. The room was very clean and comforting. We had fresh towels everyday without having to call and ask,most hotels do not do daily housekeeping if staying for multiple nights. Will definitely stay here again when visiting our daughter at Texas Tech!!

Had no way to turn shower on, bath only and plug had been removed so couldnt even take a bath. Flooring was peeling up causing it to pinch my foot as i walked on it. Hallway under construction with debris all over the floor. Just a mess all the way.

Horrible and would not recommend
This hotel was not clean. There were stains on the wall and couch which we were not sure what they were. Paint peeling off the wall. The tub in the bathroom had rust. When housekeeping cleaned our room, they did not replace or leave extra toilet paper, towels or hand towels. Instead of making the bed, she just pulled the covers up like a child would do. The key card we received never worked more than once and no one was ever at the front desk. Waited many times more than 5 minutes. We would not recommend this hotel and will not stay there again.

The TV has a very loud and nasty sounding voice that comes on when you turn it on or off. Every so often it comes on again saying it’s turning off unless you press any button. You press any button but it still turns off. I tried to figure out how to turn that off but couldn’t. The flooring especially around the bed is coming up. The clock radio gains about 30 minutes per day so is basically useless. Overall it’s a decent place for the price but could use some updating. The breakfast is your typical hotel breakfast.
