When we arrived, the front desk clerk was on her phone texting for a good 10 minutes before she attended us. The AC in the room was not working. When checking out, there was a “be back in 5 minutes” sign and the front desk clerk took a good 10 minutes to come back. We waited 10 minutes and the sign was already out when we arrived so not even sure how long they were really gone. Very inconvenient when guests are trying to checkout in a timely manner for whatever reasons. Definitely delayed our morning plans for my daughter’s meet.

Place was dirty and run down. Carpet in room torn, old, dirty. Nothing was maintainted. Shower did work. Receptionist that checked us out was put out to check us out cause she was going on elevator somewhere. Would NEVER stay again or recommend anyone. Definitely too much money for what we got.

Had to sign in online even tho we had a reservation- went through whole process again with clerk standing there. She said it’s their new system that she has no control over. She was nice but check in was a pain. On Orbitz, it Advertised jacuzzi, told it’s broken, not going to be fixed. Room dirty, used a cloth to wipe down counters, handles, etc, and cloth was brown when done. Microwave and coffee pot had old food/coffee in them. Breakfast- no coffee, eggs, biscuits, cold potatoes and meat at 6:30 am (breakfast time 6-9:30). Told the clerk, he ignored and stayed on his phone. Pool water brownish with a rotten egg smell, lots of out of order signs. Could be a really nice place but it deserves 1-2 stars at best.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, the location was near shopping and other things of interest. The only negative was that the carpet and the furnishing showed signs of needing replacement.

There was no greeting, only " whats the name?" And then was made to complete the check-in on the link even though I told the woman I was uncomfortable putting a picture of my ID on there. Baggage carriers were not in good working condition. The second floor hallway smelled of strong sewage and the carpets appeared to need a cleaning. Thankfully, the smell did not follow into our room. The room was clean but the bathroom shower and sink faucet could use a better scrubbing and the carpet could have used a light vacuum. There were only 2 towels, so we needed to ask for more. The night front staff member I spoke to said I may need to wait until the cleaning staff came in at 9 am the next day for towles?? Im planning on leaving before 9! Luckily, he had 2. Why would you not have extra towels for your Guests. The air worked THANKFULLY cause it was sooooooo very hot today. The hotel was quite during the evening. The breakfast area was clean and the food was hot and expected for a quick breakfast and go. The young lady at the front desk upon check out was pleasant and welcoming, thank you for that. Would most definitely not stay here again.

Very concerning situation. Front desk gave someone access to our room which resulted in a random guy trying to gain access to our room. While we were sleeping ultimately resulting him to make entry due to the desk giving him a programming key. Once he made entry into the room he then tried to force his way into the bath where my wife was getting ready and then turning into a small altercation. Very disappointed in this situation and nothing was addressed or done about it. All I received was a careless sorry and unfortunately the safety concern for us was unacceptable this was invasion of our privacy. Due to lack of them doing their job carelessly. Definitely need to be re trained on privacy or be more attentive.

We were traveling with children and by the time we checked in it was past their bedtime and we were really tired. There was a customer who had some issues with check in system so we had to wait for a long time to get checked in, and the room we were given were out of entrance light and too dark. Another room we were given had a big hold on the closet door and a small piece of wall paper on the bathroom ceiling was torn. We were satisfied with the cleanliness but the rooms are old and I can hear people above us walking around the room which made us nervous about our kids’ foot steps. Guest with children should be offered to stay on the 1st floor. Breakfast was very good and the are was nice. Overall with the price we paid I am satisfied with the service, although they should have checked the lights before assigning us to the first room.

Pro: It was quiet and I slept well. Shower had good pressure. Staff was nice. Breakfast was typical. Con: This property is in desperate need of a remodel! Carpet nasty everywhere. Chunks out of interior doors. Paper thin towels. First room the toilet leaked. Second room missing blow dryer. Keys had to be redone every day.
