Christina B. (Manager) …was rude and impolite. She marched into the breakfast area at 9:00 and behaved as though the five guests that were quietly finishing their breakfasts were going to grab one more sausage. She was barking orders to staff and quickly grabbing all hot items and taking them away. Just have never seen this type of behavior, the dire urgency to get the food out of the breakfast area immediately! Then as I checked out, she didn’t offer a receipt so I asked for one. She rudely said to me, “You didn’t choose to pay me to stay here, you booked with an outside option”. Well, I chose to stay there?! Why such an attitude? I was polite, we weren’t a bother, we kept our room clean, I don’t get it? Lastly, the tile grout is missing in many places in the bathroom and in one place the tile is loose and raised which is a tripping hazard. The carpet could also be cleaned. Wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. Christina didn’t appreciate our business.

The front desk personal Vivian was extremely rude as well as yelled at not only me but another customer. Her humiliation was absolutely devastating wen I talked to her manager most of the situation was fixed so thank her for that would never stay again absolutely recommend not staying there was so unexpected 😱😱😱😡

Room is fine, staff is always friendly and helpful with extra linens. What's terrible about the hotel is the extreme amount of cleaner that is used. The smell is overwhelming. Usually it's just in the common areas but this last time our room smelled awful as well. I wish they would use something non-toxic that didn't have such a strong smell.

This property was filthy. When we complained that the AC was not working and the room was 82 degrees the night front desk told us there was nothing she could do about it. She was extremely rude and said she would not get us a refund or a new room. We were in the hotel for only 3 hours. When asked for the name of her manager she told us that she did not have to give it to us. She actually called the police on us and had us kicked out of the hotel. She told them that we threatened to attack her. She did this when she saw the corporation info and took a picture. We will be looking into a whole refund. I got this hotel reservation through Expedia and when I checked their reviews there was nothing negative about it. But when I later checked their actual website there were tons of negative reviews about how filthy it was and the front desk workers being rude. I really hope in the future Expedia puts the good and bad reviews to hotels. The information was very misleading.
