I was disappointed with my stay at the Wingate by Wyndham on 4th Street in Lubbock. The rooms we were given had issues—first with a non-working AC, then with cleanliness—and the responses from the front desk staff were unprofessional and dismissive. Rather than offering solutions with courtesy, they showed visible frustration, laughed at the situation, and even hung up the phone during a call. Attempts to reach the manager were unsuccessful, and calls for assistance often went unanswered.
This property could be a great place to stay if the management addressed these service concerns, but as it stands, the lack of professionalism and basic hospitality made the experience very unpleasant.
