We updated the backdoor neighbors' house and would like to offer a quiet, convenient place for you to stay while in town. Our rates start at $150/ night for 2 persons and each additional person (max. 10) is $25/night. You'll agree that it's much more comfortable and affordable than staying in the local hotel/motel accomodations that are available in our area.
Tucked away in the heart of downtown, on a quiet family-friendly street, it's the perfect place to enjoy time together. Whether you're needing a place to stay for a wedding, reunion, a nearby event, or maybe if you just want to take in the local Lucedale scene, this newly updated house has room for adults and children both to spread out.
Drive into the two car garage and get easy and secure keypad access through the sunroom.
You'll enter straightway into a sunroom then into the kitchen and breakfast area that seats 4. Just off the kitchen is a large, full-sized laundry room. The first of two large and comfortable living areas is connected to the breakfast nook. The second living area is a separate room in the front of the house. It too has ample comfortable seating including a pull-out sofa with a comfortable deluxe queen size air-mattress. Both the front and rear living areas have smart TV's and are perfect for relaxing and enjoying family and friends. The front dining room seats six around a large pub-style table where you can eat, play board games or put together a jig-saw puzzle as you spend time conversing and eating with family/friends.
There are four bedrooms. The primary ensuite is spacious with a large walk-in closet and double vanity dressing area and separate tub/shower toilet area. Two bedrooms offer queen size beds and are connected with a Jack and Jill style bathroom also with tub/shower unit. The fourth bedroom has two extra-long twins. connected to it's own bathroom. This bathroom also serves as the guest bathroom and is handicapped accessible with a low entry shower, wider door frame and comfort height toilet. These three full bathrooms ensure that no one is waiting too long for their turn to get dressed for the main event for which you've come into town.
Speaking of the town...
Downtown Lucedale is vibrant and full of restaurants and locally owned shops that are worth exploring as is the extensive city park area.
We want to welcome you to our "House Next Door". We know you'll feel right at home.
