Quite spooky
I was really disappointed when I got there as I hadn’t received any check-in instructions. I was alone with my children and there was nobody to ask. I had to call several times and took us at least an hour to get in the building.

Not a traditional hotel.
Accommodation was part of an educational complex and rooms were like student style rooms. Reception was less than 24 hours, but access for late arrivals can be arranged. Only breakfast is available in the complex. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good.

Quirky and Confusing
We arrived late at night and it took ages just to find where the "hotel" is. You're arriving onto a college campus and there's no obvious signage for a hotel until you actually reach the correct entrance. The room was basic but OK, but too expensive for what it is. We were disturbed several times by housekeeping in the morning before we even got out of bed. Checking out was a hassle as well as a conference group had descended on the reception and only one person was staffing at the time. Also, there isn't a clear sign even that it was a reception. It's also a very long way from Lulea itself, so not really handy if you are spending time in the downtown.

Inte prisvärt.
Väldigt lyhörda rum, hörde grannen titta på tv, Mörkläggningsgardinerna i fönstren var tunna och släppte in de mesta av ljuset ändå. I det gemensamma köket var det smutsigt och ostädat. Inga rena bestick eller fat fanns det då andra boenden lämnat allt odiskat i handfatet. Bägge micro var väldigt grisiga på insidan. I kylskåp låg det gamla och mögliga matvaror. Ingen frukost serverades på morgonen vilket inte framgick vid bokning. Istället erbjöds en färdig frukostlåda. När vi kom till boendet på eftermiddagen så låg redan morgondagens frukostlåda i kylen, oklart hur länge den legat där men innehållet såg ofräscht ut varför vi tror att de legat där ett tag och inte utan risk var ärbart. Rekommenderar inte boendet till någon tyvärr.

Rolig sted !
Ren og pen sted i rolig område ,ikke langt unna Gamle Kirkebyen.Stor og ren rom med tv og behagelige senger.Måtte ringe ved ankomst for å få kode til avgangs dør og dagen etter fant ikke hvor frokosten vår var.Ringte nummeret for å spørre om frokosten men fikk ingen svar.I konvolutten hvor nøkkelen var, sto også beskrivelse angående frokosten og den skulle vi finne på en terrasse i en boks.Gikk rund men fant ikke stedet og ingen som kunne spørre om.Vi dro uten å spise frokost.Stortsett fornøyde av oppholdet !

Rauhallinen ja viihtyisä
Oikein viihtyisä ja kotoisa majoitus rauhallisessa kylässä Luulajan vanhan kaupungin lähellä. Rakennus on jonkinlainen kansalaisopiston ja konferenssihotellin sekoitus, ei perinteinen hotelli. Rakennus on vähän sokkelomainen, mutta kun hoksasi miten siellä liikutaan niin oli oikein kiva. Käytävän päässä mukava olohuone-keittiö, jossa jääkaappi ja pari mikroa. 2hengen huone viihtyisä ja tilava. Sähköautolle ilmainen latauspaikka. Vaatimaton mutta aivan hyvä aamupala. Viihdyimme hyvin.
