Lovely house in the heart of a marina, renovated in 2016, ideally located 12 km from Calvi and Ile-Rousse, in Balagne. It is made up of 4 rooms: 3 bedrooms, a living room with American kitchen, a bathroom, a large terrace with sea view and 2 gardens. A first garden at the back of the house in bloom with traditional Corsican flowers and plants and a second at the bottom of the terrace with outdoor shower and barbecue.

Tout est conforme à l’annonce. Le ressenti lorsqu’on rentre pour la première fois dans la maison est juste impressionnant, on aperçois la mer à 2 pas ! Petit dej, déjeuner, goûter, dîner…la vue est une carte postale à elle toute seule. La maison est idéalement équipée pour les vacances, on n’y manque de rien. Les chambres climatisées sont un vrai plus pour bien s’y reposer. L’accès mer à pied est génial surtout avec des enfants en bas âge et pour les adultes. On part pieds nus de la maison se baigner avec la serviette sur l’épaule et on revient prendre sa douche extérieure dans le jardin. Les commerces avoisinants sont TOP, de qualités !! Vacances idéales !!! Et que dire de Florence et Isabelle, 2 soeurs hyper sympas a l’écoute de chaque remarque constructive et d’une gentillesse formidable. Nous recommandons fortement ce choix de location.

Traumurlaub in phantastischer Umgebung
Kleines gemütliches Reihenhaus, mit schöner Terasse mit Meerblick, Tolle Umgebung, sehr schöner Strand nach nur 2 Min. Fußweg zu erreichen, Hafen mit Geschäften sowie Bahnhof ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen.

La maison est idéalement située, tout près de la plage, et la terrasse offre une vue magnifique sur la mer. La maison est très agréable, confortable et comprend tous les équipements souhaitables : chauffage efficace (parfois nécessaire le soir), literie de qualité (2 lits 160 dans les chambres du bas), cuisine bien aménagée, etc. La plage de Sant Ambroggio est magnifique ! Nous recommandons vivement.

Charmante maison à quelques mètres de la mer !
Malgré un temps changeant, nous avons passé un formidable séjour dans cette très charmante maison, d’une propreté irréprochable, décorée avec goût et parfaitement équipée (nous avons adoré cuisiner sur l’immense plan de travail face à la mer !). Nous avons également profité de la terrasse, dotée d’une splendide vue sur la mer, et de la plage toute proche, particulièrement belle et bien abritée. Nous avons seulement regretté de ne pouvoir rester plus longtemps, car nous avions débuté notre séjour par le sud de la Corse. Nous reviendrons pour un séjour plus long, afin d’explorer les villages de Balagne et la nature spectaculaire de cette région (montagne, forêt, rivières, criques préservées) et le Cap Corse, peu éloigné (notre deuxième coup de cœur après cette superbe Balagne côté mer !). Un grand merci à notre hôtesse pour son accueil chaleureux et toutes ses petites attentions !

Wunderschöner Herbsturlaub am Meer
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und konnten die Zeit genießen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, lediglich einen Kinderstuhl hätten wir uns noch gewünscht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

maison pour 6 personnes ?
Nous avons été très déçus de cette location Proximité de la mer conforme. 1 chambre correcte pour 2 personnes 1 chambre très petite pour 2 personnes. Lit 140 sous la fenêtre. Linge de cuisine insuffisant. Le ménage laissait à désirer à notre arrivée. Vaisselle insuffisante( bols, verres) vaisselle sale non vérifiée, frigidaire qui fait de l'eau à l'intérieur. SDB odeur de moisissure permanente. rideau de douche sale. Canapé dans le salon très détérioré, recouvert d'un tissu blanc pour cacher la misère. Jardin devant et derrière non entretenus, vous ne pouvez pas en profitez. Pas de WIFI non précisé dans l'annonce L'hôte sur place a préféré nier les remarques, de nous dire que les Allemands eux étaient toujours satisfaits! Ce type de réflexion mérite d'y réfléchir à deux fois... Beaucoup de moustiques, l'environnement est très humide.

Sehr nette Vermieterin und das Haus hatte alles was man für einen tollen Aufenthalt braucht. Beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse hat man einen Blick auf's Meer und ist auch in 3 Minuten zu Fuß dort.

Inconfortable durant une canicule...
La location est idéalement situé entre Calvi et L'ile Rousse, La canicule a rendu le séjour moins agréable que prévu, le logement se transformant en véritable four. La chambre du haut était inutilisable tellement la chaleur était forte. Notre ado a passé sa semaine a dormir le matelas a même le sol du séjour... Le chauffe eau était également défaillant . Florence et isabelle sont très chaleureuse et réactive et sont consciente des améliorations a apporter au logement dans le futur.

Schöne Zeit in schöner Unterkunft mit zuvorkommenden Vermietern
Wir waren eine Woche mit unseren zwei Kindern im Haus von Florence und Isabelle. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich mit Obst, Wasser und Spezialitäten. Die Woche war sehr schön. Das Haus ist ein Reihenhaus in einer Ferienhaussiedlung. Es ist funktionell eingerichtet und es hat alles, was man braucht. Am Morgen kann man schon sein Frühstück auf der großen Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer genießen. Der nahegelegene Strand ist super um nach einem Ausflug noch kurz ins Meer zu hüpfen. Neben dem Strand gibt es einen Bäcker (hat auch Sonntags offen) und einen sehr guten Metzger. Der Obst- und Gemüsestand direkt bei der Abfahrt ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Séjour agréablie
Florence est une hôte agréable et arrangeante. Elle connait parfaitement la région et est de bon conseil. Je recommande le logement pour sa proximité avec la plage et les commerces et sa situation qui est idéale pour découvrir la balagne. Si je dois mettre un bémol: L'accès à une des chambres est difficile et il est compliqué de manger à l'intérieur (manque de chaise et peu de place pour installer la table) Notre sentiment général est positif et nous remercions encore Florence pour nous avoir permis de passer un très bon séjour.

Un lieu idéal pour des vacances en Corse

Ein sehr nettes kleines Haus, mit Liebe ausgestattet, mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick von der Terrasse. Sehr nette Gastgeberin, bei Problemen sofort verfügbar. Unsere Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt.
