Room needs some TLC , staff amazing
"Check in wasn’t good , the directions to the room wasn’t clear, after 15 min of walking round the castle with two heavy bags we had to phone reception and ask them to come and help us . While walking round the castle we say lots and lots of dirty plates, cups glasses, left over food, outside peoples ..."
