Wish we stayed longer!
Admittedly, I was curious about what the loft style apartment would look like/be like. Check in was easy and when you enter the space you walk into a fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, coffee pot utensils). You go upstairs (they are steep) and there will be a bathroom, living room and bedroom. It was perfect and it was exactly what we needed. We had the luxury of cooking in or if you walk 5 minutes up the road there are great restaurants to enjoy. The Ironworks Distillery is right around the corner and your Hostess knows so much about the community. We only stayed for two nights but I wish we stayed a week.

Nice appartement in lunenburg
Close to the old town of Lunenburg. Beautiful yard beautiful garden. The owner is kind with us and pay attention to our needs.

Great Location and Great Value
A lovely compact two level apartment located a UNESCO designated heritage site. The apartment is well kept and very clean. The bathroom is older but somewhat expected considering the heritage of the building. The stairway going up to the loft living and sleeping area may be a problem for someone with mobility issues, but the hand railing is sturdy and aids in ascending and descending the stairs. The location of the apartment is amazing as you are only a ten minute walk to the harbor area and a grocery store. The owner is charming and does extras to make your stay enjoyable. We enjoyed the fresh baked scones and croissants left on the table for our arrival. We also appreciated the use of the garden patio and outdoor grill. A stay here is a pleasure and a great value for your money.

It was a nice stay. Owner was awesome. The only but is that there were very steep stairs to the bedroom and bathroom. Yikes. So if you are old and have difficulty climbing this is not the place for you. The bathroom was old and very small-It was an old historic house. Overall very homey. A glitch in the communication thru no fault of the owner meant we did not know the details of the stairs. I would stay there again except for the stairs.
